Fish/Fowl/Flood Released Today

‘Fish / fowl / flood’ is the début release by Looking Glass, the name used by 23 year old Jim Wallis, also of London-based indie-rockers My Sad Captains. At the heart of this 8 song set are melodic, affecting songs fusing traditional, americana-tinged instrumentation with atmospheric samples and field recordings. The collection is released on Sounds eXPerience having previously had a very limited cassette-only release on an Italian label. Recorded at home in London and Lincoln, the album has a lo-fi charm and intimacy, perfect for whiling away the evenings sheltering from the Autumnal elements.

It’s available in the shop now!
